South Poway Trail...bonk

I was going to ride the South Poway trail (part of the Trans County Trail) yesterday after work. I made it about 4 mi before I felt to sick to keep riding. I really hate being sick. I wish this cold/flew whatever would just die. I'm going to try to ride Friday and Sunday. Not sure how fun that will be but I rather try then miss another week of riding.
